      We sure hope you're happy with your purchase from Protecttable.com. Is there a manufacturing defect or defect? Please contact customer service via customer [email protected] (always state the order number of your order and if possible send a clear photo). We always try to answer your question within 24 hours. Are you unsure about the color or quality? Order a sample first!

      Excluded from the right of withdrawal is a consumer purchase that concerns the delivery of: - products manufactured according to the consumer's specifications, which are not prefabricated and which are manufactured on the basis of an individual choice or decision of the consumer, or which are clearly for a specific person to be destined; - products that spoil quickly or that have a limited shelf life; - products that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and of which the seal has been broken after delivery;

      Please note: All custom products, including round and oval sails and foils, are cut to size especially for you and cannot be returned or exchanged. When in doubt, always request a sample first. This prevents disappointment. The item is custom made when you have selected a shape and size from the drop-down menu.

      If possible, enclose (a copy of) the invoice and a completed withdrawal form with the return shipment. Always ask for the Track & Trace number at the post office. The shipping costs are for the buyer. For shipments that have been returned correctly, the payment obligation will lapse or the amount paid by you will be refunded. In the latter case, it is necessary that we have your account number. Therefore, write your account number on the (copy of the) invoice. Of course we will refund the amount as soon as possible, but always within 14 days of receipt of the return.

      You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without stating reasons. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes physical possession of the good.
      You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay, but in any case no later than 14 days after the day on which you informed us of the decision to withdraw from the agreement. You are on time if you return the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. The direct costs of returning the goods are for your account.

      We always work very carefully, but of course it can happen that we make a mistake. After all, making mistakes is human. If you have received a wrong item, please let us know via the contact form or send an email to [email protected] You will receive a suitable solution within 1 working day.

      Did you order the wrong item yourself? No problem. In some cases you can return the product. But unfortunately not always:
      Products manufactured to consumer specifications, which are not prefabricated and which are manufactured on the basis of an individual choice or decision of the consumer, or which are clearly intended for a specific person;

      In all other cases, please contact us via the contact form or [email protected] (always state the order number of your order).
      Do not return a product immediately. The package may get lost or maybe we can't see what your intention is from the outside. So always contact our customer service.

      Package and/or product is damaged

      We do our best to pack your order well. We deliberately use a lot of wrapping paper for this. Raw cardboard and paper, of course.

      Unfortunately, it sometimes happens that a product is damaged during transport. Annoying, but we always solve it. Sometimes only the packaging is damaged, but the products themselves are not. So always check first whether the product is really damaged. If possible, take a photo of the damage and contact us via the contact form or customerservi[email protected]
